A) Snatch Build to a heavy 3 touch and go in 15 Min

B) 20 min Partner AMRAP
10 wall balls (While Partner holds bottom of the wall ball) then switch
10 hang snatch @ 95/65 (While Partner hold bar overhead) then switch
10 pushups (While Partner hold top of the push up) then switch
10 cal row (Partner can rest) then switch
Fireman’s Carry each Partner 2 length’s of the gym

We ARE open Monday, Feb 17th for Family Day. Here is the schedule:

– 10am (Adult class, ages 18+)
– 11am Family WOD (ages 5+)
– 12-1pm Open Gym for members

** No other class times for the day and Paid Trial is not running.

*** Yoga this Sunday is at 10am. First Yoga class is Free
