* Reminder! Tomorrow, Saturday, May 3rd is our 5km run!! Warm up start at 9am. Yoga to follow at 10:30am. We ask that you return to the gym after your run through the front door, this way we’ll be able to take off muddy shoes 🙂 There are no 9am and 10am CrossFit Classes tomorrow.
