Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 14 minutes of:
60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots, 20 lb./14lb. to 10-foot target
30 cleans, 135 lb./95lb.
20 muscle-ups

*Any one else glad the open is almost done?  One question, have you been keeping track of your scores?  Every year so far Crossfit HQ has repeated at least one workout from a previous year.  It is a great idea to log these workouts, and not just these ones but all workouts.  We will repeat Wods periodically, and its great to look back and see our improvement.  Also to check what weights and movements we are scaling down to and from.  It feels great to hit a 10lbs PR.  Or to finally hit that benchmark Wod as prescribed, but how can we know if we don’t keep track.  So if you aren’t already, do yourself a favor, grab a notebook and log this stuff.  The more you log (workouts, food, hydration, sleep, stress levels) the more info we have to go by to keep improving year after year.
