Streets Hockey Programs
Athletes can look forward to improving speed, power, agility, strength, flexibility, stamina, accuracy, balance, endurance and coordination by using the CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Program. By using a wide variety of footwork/bounding, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, rotational work, conditioning and other sport specific exercises we can get your son or daughter in top shape for their upcoming season. The Summer Hockey Program starts June 30th and ends August 29th (8 weeks plus a float week) and runs Monday – Friday at available time slots. Deposit for the program is required to secure a spot no later than Friday, June 27th, 2014. We also have an After School Athlete Program, please contact email@example.com for more information. Pose Running Workshop
May 24th, June 7th, 21st and 28th, at 12pm. $150 for all 4 sessions, $45 for one session. Other times are available upon interest. In these four sessions we will watch and record you run. We will be going over Pose running, as well as mobility and drills geared for pose running. The four days will be technique based to make you a more efficient pose runner. Three of the four sessions will end in a running WOD to test how well you can maintain your technique when under stress. You don’t need to be an experienced CrossFitter to do these WODs. At the end of these four sessions it isn’t over, you will leave with different warm ups and drills to practice on your own, you will also have a more keen eye for mistakes you may have been making in the past. Coming soon Streets will be launching a Ladies Program, Boot Camp style focusing on Cardio and Core. Join us for our Launch Party on Tuesday, June 3rd at 7pm RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org subject line: Ladies Program Come prepared with your friends in your gym attire to test out the new program. We will be serving some healthy snacks after your workout with some water and wine while you get to see Titika Yoga Wears new Spring line…a must see for all the ladies out there that want to look good, feel good and be wearing truly functional gym clothing. This evening will be filled with lots of smiles, laughs and just a great Ladies.
