We will miss May 31 for the couples throw down, and June 14th for summer bash. Cost is $150 for all 4 Sessions. We will go over Pose technique, Mobilize, Run, Video tape your run, and 3 of the the four sessions will end with a running WOD. If you are interested in learning more about Pose running or improving on your technique this is going to be for you. It will help for our 5 Km retest as well.
