April Fools…. Here is the real WOD:

A)10 min Pull-up Work work on your weakness (L pull-ups, Strict, Kipping, Butterfly)

B)”Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

*We will be hitting the same warm up everyday this week (Tues – Sat)  If you are a person who can come in early this will be a great warm up to start doing on your own, starting next week.  It is short, and will hit a lot of the tight spots needed to be stretched.  It will also show what tight spots you may have, along with some great skill transfer to what we do daily.  You are not required to do this and we will still warm you up at the beginning of each class.  But if you want to progress this will be a great way to do it.
