*On Saturday May 10th we will be doing a fitness test.  This will include a Max Lift, a short track and field type event, a 5 min KB workout, and a 10 min MetCon.  This will be done similar to the run the week before.  Everyone arrives by 9 a.m. we will warm up and begin shortly after, book off 9 to 11a.m. but we should be done earlier.  We will repeat the 5 k run and this event in 3 months to test our improvement.  Please sign up at the white board.
