* A few things going on we wanted to make everyone aware of. Starting the week of May 5th Tuesday and Thursday 4pm Classes will be cancelled, but we will be adding a 7pm time slot to those same days.
* Sat May 3rd we have our 5K run. Warm up at 9am, heats sent out shortly after. Also Kristina will be doing a free yoga class after the run.
* On that Sat May 3rd our Family Wod will be at 8am.
* Paid Trial will still be at 9am on Sat May 3rd
