WOD: YMCA meets WWE, on the water. Weighted Carry Wednesday: AMRAP 5 min, choose a DB/KB carry and practice it. (Front Rack, Farmer, Uneven Farmer, Overhead, Single Arm overhead, Farmer/OH combo).  Just keep doing gym lengths for 5 min. Emphasis is midline stability and shoulder position.
