WOD 5. “Hold me”

 For time (12 minute cap)

 P1: Hold OH (135/95 and 95/65)

P2: 30 X T2B (scaled is Hanging Knee Raises)

  • Once 30 reps are complete, athletes switch roles and complete the same sequence.

P1: Hold Front Rack (185/105)

P2: 30 X Single Arm OH Lunge Steps (15 on right arm, 15 on left arm) (24/16, 20/12)

  • Once 30 reps are complete, athletes switch roles and complete the same sequence

 P1: Hold top of Deadlift position (225/155, 135/95)

P2: 30 X Pull ups (Scaled is Inverted Rows, bar at set hight, Chest makes contact with bar)

  • Once 30 reps are complete, athletes switch roles and complete the same sequence.

 

  • Must be in the same order for each section of the workout.

  • ALL 30 reps must be complete before switching to static hold.
