Be selfish. Get your workout in. Give yourself that hour, first. Get your good food in, who cares what other people around you are eating… Get your nap, or sleep, or down time, your zen, your whatever you do to relax. Do it so you’re whole. Be selfish about your workouts, your health, your well being. Get that complete FIRST.

Then, help others… seek out ways to be a better friend, family member, husband, wife etc. Lift each other up. Do good things for and with others. Surround yourself with others who do the same. Volunteer somewhere. Happiness. Those less fortunate. Help them. But, first… be selfish and help yourself first.
