The CrossFit Open is done. Finally !

Whether you know or not it’s a lot of extra work for your coaching staff at Streets…. A lot of extra work behind the scenes that goes unnoticed by Coach DJ, Brennon, Lindsay, Chris, Ginette and I. We’re happy to go through it and happy it’s done. We also love coffee. Congrats to everyone who participated and did cool shit in the midst of the 5 weeks and to those who didn’t compete but still did cool shit. Showing up 4-5 times a week is cool. Trying hard is cool. Changing what you eat is cool. The Open can be intimidating so I am glad you continued to come in during what can be an intimidating time at the gym… Fitness is fitness. Come work out. Eat better. Have a good mindset. Regardless of the time of year.

Now what?

  • Private Training: An under utilized but very valuable service that is a 30 or 60 minute sessions to help you with a variety of areas including nutrition, mobility, core strength, class workout strategies, weight lifting, mental prep, gymnastics or sport specific training. Contact with your inquiry and let us find the right coach for you.
  • Sat, March 30th: 5km run at Streets
  • Discovery Session -> Trial Class -> OnRamp -> Classes. How can you help us grow? Connect us with that person or group and let us communicate how we can help.

  • Sat, April 20th at 8am: DOUBLE UNDER Clinic with National Level skipper. $25/person

  • Sat, June 15th: Beach WOD Prep from 11am – 1pm
  • Sat, June 22nd: Streets Meet (Olympic Lifting meet) at 11am
  • Sat, June 29th: Beach WOD Prep from 11am-1pm
  • Sat, July 6th: BEACH WOD
