Working out should be fun. Being active should be fun. You should want to do it because you want to do it. Find something you enjoy doing that is active and please, do it often. It does not have to be CrossFit! We as a CrossFit gym are bias in that we think when done properly that CrossFit is a well-rounded general fitness program but your thing could be rock climbing, speed walking, swimming or something else. “Being active” is the main thing. Find an activity you enjoy, do that often. You don’t get a re-do in life so let’s do things we enjoy in a world that has us doing so many other things that we don’t enjoy.. like driving in traffic, paying bills, dishes, laundry, paper work, forecasting, portion control with food etc.
