It’s summer.

The addition of: Cottages, vacations, your kids are around all the time, invitations to patio and drinks and much more. You are maybe sweating while reading this and think: I am sweating so that is kind of like fitness… I’ll skip the gym.

The coolest thing you can do in the summer heat is continue to workout 4-6 times a week, every week. Keep crushing life.
