The CrossFit Open is coming.

Feb 22 – Mar 23

We’ll be opening a 7pm Class on Fridays. All classes still have a class cap. Saturday Open Gym is available from 11am – 1pm with a heat schedule. You will have a warm up on the whiteboard that you can do. There are no “re-do’s” at all, for anyone. Sunday Open Gym is NOT a time to re-do your workout from Friday night. It’s a “one and done” policy at CrossFit Streets : )

Information session for The Open is: Saturday, Feb 9th at 11am.
