[blockquote style=”simple”] A few things, 1. Ladies Program Tomorrow at 10:30am and Tuesday’s @ 8pm. This is a great addition to our CrossFit Program targeting extra Conditioning and Core work. If you or someone you know isn’t comfortable with some of the CrossFit Movements this is a great stepping stone or just simply a great program to get in shape. So come try it out or bring a friend tomorrow morning. 2.  This coming tuesday is Canada Day.  We will be closed but a home Wod will be posted if you can’t get enough. 3.
