Please check SugarWOD for the next five weeks for the Friday and Saturday workout 🙂 Or, just come in.
#1, if you’re not doing The Open, great! Just come workout like you normally would. Nothing is changing. The CrossFit Open is happening again but we are not changing anything from our regular schedule or emphasis on each class…. Friday’s workout will end up being the Open workout or a version of it depending on who you are. You’re continued progress at the gym matters. Posting a score for a online fitness competition may not matter and we want you to know we support you. We also support you if it does matter and will help you prepare a realistic strategy that is in line with your abilities so that you can execute it without an unneeded risk of injury for each workout. Friday is still a 15 person class cap. No additional 7pm class. No Saturday Open Gym set up. Friday’s only. The 6am has a 20 person cap and we have a 7am class as well with classes at 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and Open Gym from 8am-12pm, 1-4pm. Your Streets Coaches are not obligated to watch you do the workout during Open Gym so if you want to do it, your best bet is to participate in a class. If you forget to do the workout or are away or sick, let it go. Let..it…go… Please make alternative arrangements to be able to workout Friday if it’s something you want to do. If you submit your score, I will verify it at some point like the last five years. It’s just a workout. They are all just workouts. Let’s keep doing the workouts often and with intent, but, realize, they are just workouts for stress relief, mental health, personal progress, getting off medication, being healthy and functional for real life. The Open does not define your fitness or self. Your daily actions do : )

Lindsay and her family after Tarah and Shantel gave her the generous donations and gifts from all of you. Thank you so much for coming last Monday and helping hopefully make what is a tough time a little easier for Lindsay and her family. We had 102 people workout/contribute that day! Lindsay is tough both mentally and physically so we know that she will continue to battle.
