Hey everyone, for the next 4 months (until Sept 1st) we will be doing some sort of element that will involve the following movements on the followings days either in the Warm up, WOD or Cool down. It’ll get you better, at life 🙂 These elements are optional, if you want to get better at them, do them, if not, no stress.

Monday: Muscle ups

Tuesday: Turkish Get ups

Wednesday: Weighted Carries

Thursday: Thoracic

Friday: Footwork

Saturday: Salt Shaker aka Glutes
