  • Reminder it’s only Open Gym for Monday, Feb 20th from 11am – 1pm. There are not structured classes until Tuesday. This is a GREAT partner workout, you go 4 min, then I go 4 min etc. You can help each other count for each 4 min block and go hard for 4 min because you know you get a huge 4 min rest. 🙂
