The Open Reminders

  • Submit your score for 18.1 if you haven’t already or else it won’t count!
  • Final numbers for the teams will be established Tuesday as we had some late sign ups, which is awesome.
  • Prizes for 18.1 will be draw on Wednesday.
  • TEAM SPIRIT: You are on a team for The Open (blue, yellow, black or green), that team has a colour, wear that colour when you do The Open WOD!
  • Saturday Open Gym heats. Based on how long the next workouts are we will have a “Heat Schedule” posted to the WOD post and on the gym whiteboard along with a max amount of people that can participate in each heat based on equipment, judges etc.
  • Take care of yourself this week. Have a plan. Need help. Ask a coach.
