Nutrition matters more than Thrusters, Pulls ups and Burpees combined but we at CrossFit Streets cannot eat FOR you. You control what you choose to eat every single day, whether you’re aware or in denial of that concept. The real competition is that choice, every days, every meal. It’s hard! There are many temptations, depleting will power, sabotage situations, personal rewards, environmental factors and other excuses why we would choose to eat poorly. Let’s open up the conversation. Be honest. Seek out a better habit. We cannot change the past, but we can change our next decision and future decisions 🙂
