We are doing a workout called “LV WOD” for Coach Lindsay who is currently battling with breast cancer in BC on MONDAY, OCTOBER 7th… No cap to classes all day. Please made an adjustment to your schedule if you can and come in and do the workout. She is showing her strength in many ways right now and we are praying for her..
