- IE – Double under, ring dip, Overhead squat….. something else.
- Make your weakness a strength. Today is practice vs training in that your heart rate will be a little lower and there will be more emphasis on skill development.
- The Open WOD will be posted at 8pm Thursday, Feb 23rd via the CrossFit Games website. Stay tuned.
- All classes Friday are The Open WOD. 6am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm AND 7pm.
- If you miss Friday you can do the WOD during Open Gym Saturday or Monday but not during class times.
