21 Plate Hops
12 Shuttle Sprints
6 Deadlifts

Build in Loading on the Deadlift

Friendly reminder: Please do not wear your outside shoes onto the gym floor. Leave your outdoor shoes at the front door and change into your indoor shoes during the snowy and salty months of winter. This will ensure we can keep the gym floor as clean as possible for you to do burpees on !
