Hey guys, a couple of cool things coming up in April I wanted to let you know about.
1) First Saturday of every month starting April 5th at 11am is a family WOD. You and your kids (age 5 and older) get a chance to hit a WOD together. This will be a great chance to have some fun with your kids!
2) Starting in April, every Saturday at 11am we are going to be doing a 1 hour session on a movement, lift or skill for a $10 drop in fee. We will let you know in advance what we will be working on and some weeks will build off of the previous week. We will go over the basics of the movement, and give you some tips and progressions to help you where you need it in the specific movement.
3) We will soon be holding a goal setting seminar. As the gym grows, we want to make sure that we are helping you reach your goals as an individual. This will be a tool to help you set your goals, and progress you towards achieving these goals in and out of the gym. Dates are being determined but we will keep you posted!
