Today’s focus is on turning a weakness into a strength, and practicing skills which otherwise are overlooked or under worked
OPEN ATHLETES: most people will find it is beneficial to not take a rest day the day before an important workout. If you are planning on performing your 17.3 workout on Friday we suggest coming in Thursday for the goat day workouts and practicing some skills that may very well appear in the next couple weeks.
