One of the reasons people shy away from the gym is the idea that they’re being watched, mocked and made fun of by muscle-bound meatheads that live to lift. That may be true for some fitness facilities, but not ours. CrossFit Streets is an open, welcoming gym that encourages everybody to get out and train, regardless of experience.
Still shy? We get it: it’s hard to hit the gym when you can’t shake the feeling there’s a spotlight on you. Or maybe you’re ready to overcome that fear, but just don’t know where to start. How do you know what’ll work for you? That’s why we offer personal training programs that allow our members to set their own pace and work out in a manner that meets their needs and fitness goals.

We know that intimidation isn’t the only thing that keeps people from working out in a public place. There are also the issues of hygiene, running across town to get to your training class on time and whether or not your instructor knows what they’re doing.
Here’s how we prevent those issues from getting in the way of your fitness goals:

- Great location: We’re located at 2905 Argentia Road in Mississauga, an easy-to-reach location with great access to parking.
- Highly educated training staff: Our staff is dedicated to fitness education and certified 6 or more times over.
You don’t need to be in great shape for our personal training. You don’t even need to know where you want to start. All you need to do is show up and talk to us about your fitness goals. We’ll help with the rest.
