A.) Build to heavy 2 rep Deadlift (lift with a partner)

– P1 lifts at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
– P2 lifts at 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15

AMRAP 10

KBS (70/53) x 2, Cal Bike/Row x 2 then

4,4 then 6,6 then 8,8 etc until 10 min is up.

– Make the KB something heavy compared to previous WOD’s if possible.
