* More cool things, we will be moving our 4pm classes to 7pm on Tues and Thurs. Thursdays 7pm class will now be a chance to bring your friend. We will scale or change the workout to fit someone brand new. We will have our drop in rate in place for the non member. So if you have any friends or family interested in trying CrossFit and they would like to try hitting a WOD with you, now is the chance. Bring them out. This starts next Thursday May 8th.
