15 Power Cleans (you choose the weight, something that will not be touch and go)
C) Accumulative 2 – 4 min L Sit (Some examples – 8 x :15 seconds (2 min), 2-3 x :60 seconds (2-3 min), 12 x :10 seconds (2 min) or 4 minutes in a row!)
