21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
12 Pull-ups

When you run, run like this is chasing you… HAPPY HALLOWEEN. If you eat too much candy you might get teeth like the IT Clown…

Dan’s Den: Sports.

As you may already know, I. Love. Sports. I love what they bring out of you.. The unknown adversity. The variety. The team work. The patience. The shared goal setting and execution. The thrill, the drama and much more? Go Leafs.. But seriously… Go Jays and Leafs and Raptors.

Do you play sports? Do you try new things? Bocce Ball? Throwing and catching something? Anything? Do you try new sports or just shuffle it off as “I’m not athletic” or “I don’t know how” or ” that’s too complicated” or something else…. ? I challenge you to seek out sports that are new and/or tough and give them a shot. You don’t have to be the best at a sport to enjoy it!  Potential sporting events coming up for Streets members for:

  • Ball Hockey
  • Ice skating
  • Curling
  • Axe Throwing
  • Indoor soccer
  • Bowling
  • Other suggestions are welcome.
