Virtual Training

Virtual CrossFit Class Equipment / No Equipment

The Virtual CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it perfect to complete off-site from CrossFit Streets. Providing all with appropriate scales for load and intensity, we will help make it work for you, your abilities and with the equipment you have readily available.

You can expect to see the following movements but are not limited to: squats, lunges, burpees, push-ups, planks, hollow holds, cleans, snatches, skipping, running, dumbbell movements, barbell movements, and more.

Virtual Mobility Class

Feeling stiff? A little sore? This is the class for you! Your Virtual Mobility class is a 30-minute coach led session that will tackle those sore spots post-WOD or from your day! You can expect to see a wide range of mobility exercises along with the use of some equipment. Equipment can include but is not limited to: a lacrosse ball, foam roller, resistance bands.

Virtual Stretch Class

A no-equipment, low-intensity class that will be focusing on holding stretches for prolonged periods of time. Not only will you be stretching, the focus will be on relaxing the mind and being present in the moment.

Virtual Core Class

A 30-minute class that requires minimal to no equipment to participate and will be focused on strengthening your core. Expect to see variations of planks, hollow holds, dead-bugs, bird-dogs and more.

Virtual Deep Stretch Yoga

Line comes from an athletic background and first started practicing yoga in 2012 because she felt like something was missing in her fitness program. Her intention is to help people realize the powerful transformation yoga can provide, both physically and mentally; how to achieve this overall sense of balance.

She often says: “Once you experience the positive impact and benefits a regular yoga practice can have on your life, you’ll be hooked!”
