B)If you have time and energy April’s Challenge is 3 min AMRAP HSPU.   If you don’t have a HSPU make it your goal to spend some time working on it in April.  Never know what could happen when you put the time in.  We will do this once more as a class in April so if today’s not the day after Tabata pushups yesterday , that is O.K.

*Reminder, This Sat we will be doing a $10 drop in skill/lift session starting at 11am. We will be looking at the Front Squat this Sat.  We will work on the lift itself, mobility, and activated the right muscles.
