*Reminder tomorrow night at 8pm we are having a goal setting seminar, all are welcome.  Bring some paper and a pen. (snacks are aloud as long as you bring me some too) Should be about an hour.  We will begin after the On Ramp program has finished, come a bit early, introduce yourselves and congratulate the second group of On Ramp on there last night.
