Two things

1.) Sat, March 30th we’re doing a 5km run. Phil will be leading a warm up at Streets starting at 11am. Do not wear your shoes in the gym after the run. Leave them outside.

2.) Sat, May 25th is the annual Couples Throwdown. Get a workout partner. ALL workouts can be tailored the same way as a class and even skip a damn workout if you want.  You do not have to be an elite level fitness competitor to participate. You can be you, the average human being, and be apart of a fun community event at your gym. Get our of your own head and out of your own way and get connected outside of classes with internal events at CrossFit Streets. All workouts will be posted two weeks in advance. Jean and Denim is the theme for the event; sorry in advance.
