10 Strict Pullups
10 Overhead squats (mid weight)
20 Pullups (kipping is fine as long as you got your 10 strict with no modifications)
20 Overhead Squats
10 Strict Pullups
10 Overhead Squats
(10 min cap)

C) 2 X 10’s T’s, Y’s, U’s
