  • Be smart/safe about your weights! Should be able to hit some big sets at each weight, safely.
  • Another option instead of Bench Press could be:
    • Push up, Depth Push up (hands n DB or plates), Ring Push up.
      • Push Press at 115/80, 135/95, 155/105
