Cardio Club is coming!

A great way for you, a CrossFit Streets member, to introduce a family member, friend, co-worker, neighbor to working out. Not necessarily CrossFit in it’s purest form but instead moving at the gym while being supervised. A touch long and more cardio based workouts. No heavy barbell. Manageable workouts for a person looking to get in the gym to get started. We are constantly trying to help people build a fitness habit.
