“CrossFit training? I’m sorry? What is CrossFit training? What are the benefits of CrossFit?”
Good questions, because despite the catchy name, CrossFit training takes a little explaining.
CrossFit training is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. It’s designed for universal scalability, and here’s the best part: anyone in any shape can do it. You don’t need to be a fitness aficionado to find your way into a CrossFit class. All you need is a can-do attitude and a commitment to improving your quality of life.
